Hayley began her journey to this position following the launch of her sales career working for reputable boutique hotel group Eight Hotels in Sydney, Australia. On returning to home ground she found her feet with Alias Hotel Barcelona where her talents were soon recognised and she soon gained promotion to Events manager, gaining vital experience in this field.
This is where she met Rachel and Clare and so happily joined them in their venture to change the face of bar culture in the Southwest!
